No. Subscribe & Save is simply a way to have your chosen cacao delivered automatically at a frequency that works for you, with 12% off every order.
Your order is prepared and dispatched as it comes through, rather than being sent on a set monthly membership date.

Your first order is placed straight away and will be sent on our next usual dispatch day.

You can choose to receive your cacao every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, depending on what works best for your practice.
Your next order date will be shown in your account.

You'll receive 12% off every Subscribe & Save order for as long as your subscription is active.

Yes. Your card will be charged automatically on your next order date, so you don't need to place a new order each time.
We'll send you an order confirmation each time your subscription renews successfully.

Yes. Sign into your Ritual Cacao account and head to Subscriptions to see your next order date, subscription frequency, price, order history and payment details.

Yes. You can update the card used for your subscription from the Subscriptions section of your Ritual Cacao account.

There isn't a 'skip' button within your account, but we can reschedule your next order to a later date for you.
Just contact Rosi on orders@ritualcacao.co.uk before your next order is due and let us know when you'd like to receive it instead.

Please note that rescheduling your next order also moves your ongoing subscription schedule. For example, if you receive cacao every 4 weeks, your future orders will continue every 4 weeks from your newly selected date.

We can reschedule an upcoming subscription order to a later date, but Squarespace doesn't currently allow us to move your scheduled renewal to an earlier date. If you need more cacao sooner, you can place a one-off order through our shop.

If you need to change the delivery address attached to an existing subscription, please contact Rosi on orders@ritualcacao.co.uk before your next order is due.
Depending on the change, you may need to cancel your existing subscription and set up a new one with your new delivery details.

If you'd like to change your delivery frequency - for example, from every 4 weeks to every 8 weeks - you'll need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one with your preferred frequency.

Yes! Subscribe & Save is available worldwide, wherever we normally ship Ritual Cacao. You'll simply pay the usual shipping cost for your location with each recurring order.

Squarespace will automatically retry the payment. You can also update your payment card from your account if your card has expired or changed.

Yes. There's no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription through the Subscriptions section of your Ritual Cacao account. Make sure you cancel before your next order is processed if you don't want that order to be charged.

You'll see the Subscribe & Save option directly on participating product pages, or click on ‘Subscribe & Save’ category in our Shop.

Your 12% Subscribe & Save saving is already applied to each recurring order.
