When you place an order with us, you are offering to buy goods subject to these Terms. You will receive an email acknowledging your order, but a contract is only formed once your payment is processed and we dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, or incorrect pricing.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments via third-party providers.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered by the carrier.
For delayed or missing packages, please allow up to 30 days before submitting a claim.
6. Returns and Cancellations
UK Customers
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Products must be returned unused and sealed (where applicable).
To cancel, email us at orders@ritualcacao.co.uk within 14 days. You are responsible for return postage unless the product is defective.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Faulty Goods
If a product is damaged or defective, we will refund or replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us with photos and details.
International Orders
Please contact us before returning any international orders. Return shipping costs and customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, graphics, software, etc.) is the property of Ritual Cacao Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.
