So we created Ritual Cacao Crumbles - our instant hot chocolate drink.

Even on the busiest of days you can feel loved up and blissed out with our Ritual Cacao Crumbles, and effortlessly enjoy a delicious cup of ceremonial-grade cacao in a matter of minutes.

Our Ritual Cacao Crumbles are made from the same delicious, nutritious Ecuadorian Cacao liquor,  just crumbled.

Each 200g bag contains a delightful blend of earthy, robust flavours with subtle notes of natural bitter sweetness.

It’s also so easy to make:

  • Just put 4-5 teaspoons of our Ritual Cacao Crumbles into a cup.

  • Pour in a little hot water to mix the cacao into a paste.

  • Once the kettle has boiled, simply add the hot water to the cacao.

  • Add (plant based) milk, sweetner, and spices to taste.

  • Sip. Savour. Repeat.

SHIPPING

  • We aim to ship our cacao out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays using Royal Mail using Royal Mail tracked 48 or 24.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We suggest ordering up to 1.5kg per order to make delivery cost efficient: when ordering more than 1.5kg, the postage cost rises significantly.

  • Please include your mobile number at check out.

  • International deliveries can take anywhere between 1 - 4 weeks to arrive.

CACAO AND SSRIs

If you are taking SSRIs or are sensitive to caffeine, we suggest taking a maximum of 10gm cacao a day and seeing how it affects you. Cacao naturally produces serotonin, which can create issues if you are taking SSRIs that also chemically produce serotonin. We advise you to speak to your doctor if you are unsure.
