This 25g of ethically harvested Palo Santo comes straight from the Peruvian Amazon.
Palo Santo means ‘holy wood,’ and is used in the Amazon to remove stale energy, prepare the space for ritual and ceremony, and clean any negative vibrations and brings positive healing energies into a room. It is also used to smudge people especially if they have had a shock, in a negative state of mind, or been around bad energy.

CACAO AND SSRIs
If you are taking SSRIs or are sensitive to caffeine, we suggest taking a maximum of 10gm cacao a day and seeing how it affects you. Cacao naturally produces serotonin, which can create issues if you are taking SSRIs that also chemically produce serotonin. We advise you to speak to your doctor if you are unsure.
