Rebekah's Perfect Cacao Smoothie

If you’re in need of a quick and easy fix in the morning (or any stage of the day), this is the perfect smoothie. A staple in Rebekah’s diet for many years now and her go-to OG Cacao Smoothie.

This recipe is a great substitute for a brew. If you’re away from home and wish to keep your daily cacao ritual going, but don’t have the time to cook up your hot chocolate, this is easy-peasy.

Recipe for 1 person - Vegan & Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 15g - 25g (or 1 Petal) Ritual Cacao

  • 1 Organic Banana

  • 2tbsp of Shelled Hemp Seed

  • 1tbsp of Maca Root Powder

  • Coconut Water and/or Spring Water

  • A trickle of maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop your Ritual Cacao or break off a petal if you are using our pods.

  2. Place all the ingredients into a food mixer and simply blend to your desired consistency.

  3. Pour into your favourite Ritual Cup and enjoy.
