Why We Need ‘Good’ Fats

For decades, we have been encouraged to fear fat.

But the reality is that fats play a vital role in hormonal health. Many of the body’s hormones are built from fats, and without sufficient intake, hormones become imbalanced, showing up as fatigue, mood swings, disrupted cycles, anxiety, or burnout.
