What you need to know:
Your cacao will be posted out on the first working day of each month.
We are only opening Memberships to our UK customers, for the time being.
By subscribing, you are signing up for an automatic monthly direct debit.
We are offering memberships for both Asháninka Tribe and Tsatsayaku Association cacao.
Choose a 200g, 500g or 1kg membership option to suit your needs.
You can cancel or change your membership at any time; all we ask is that you give us 30 days’ notice.
You can buy membership for yourself or as a gift for someone else (just make sure the delivery address is where you want your cacao posted to).
Please remember to follow our guidelines on preparing cacao and keep to the recommended dosages.
As with all our products and offers, by subscribing you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions.

How it works:
Decide what your monthly Cacao needs are, and how much you drink: 200g, 500g or 1kg, and if you would prefer our cacao liquor that comes in chunks, or our Bullion Bars.
Have you tried our Cacao options? If you haven’t, then you could begin with our Try All Three: Taster Pack. And if you already know what your favourite is, then simply select between the Ashaninka Tribe & Tsatsayaku Association Cacao.

FAQ’s

Cacao Memberships get sent out at the beginning of each month regardless of what date you signed up.

If your order has already been generated please contact Rosi on orders@ritualcacao.co.uk and we will update the address for you.
If it hasn’t and for subsequent orders you can log into your account and you will have to re-subscribe with the new address.

To do this please log into your account and cancel your current membership and re-subscribe to the amount you wish to receive. Keep in mind that if your order for the month has already gone through, your changes will only apply to the following month.

To do this you have to subscribe twice. We can send you more than one membership, hopefully together to save on packaging.

You can order extra any time through the main site but we can't add it to your membership.

We can’t refund memberships once it's already been processed and packaged. Luckily cacao has a long shelf life so if you end up with a little extra, it will last you.

We can't do this, but you can order more cacao from the shop and it should be with you promptly.
