This online cacao ceremony is about honouring the Cacao in its true form, not as a product or health trend, but as a Plant with a heart-opening purpose.

We’ll come together to honour its roots, respect its cultural significance, and experience Cacao as a Plant Medicine for reflection, connection, and gentle heart-opening.

In this ceremony, we’ll drink ceremonial-grade cacao with intention in a sacred space, and be guided to meet the Spirit of Cacao, to listen to the wisdom of the Plant.

It is a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner guidance, soften the noise of fear or self-doubt, release emotional blockages, meet yourself with compassion, and receive insights and guidance on your next steps.

All you need is a quiet, peaceful space, a prepared cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, a journal if you’d like to note what arises, and a willingness to dive deep into your heart.

Whether this is your first ceremony, or you’ve sat with Cacao before, this is an opportunity to deepen your understanding and relationship with a Master Plant Medicine that has been deeply misunderstood and commercialised.

Cacao is not a commodity, it’s a teacher, and when treated as such, it offers truly valuable wisdom, insight and guidance.

This is a ceremony and a sacred space - people arriving late can be very disruptive to the flow, and you may miss an important part of the ceremony. Please be mindful of this and come on time :)

• A comfortable, peaceful and quiet space

• A journal & pen for recording your experience

• An intention for what you would like to manifest, release or journey with

• Water to drink

• An open, peaceful, and willing heart

• Ceremonial cacao prepared

• Please avoid consuming cacao if you are taking SSRI’s - (Cacao releases serotonin, so it works as a mild anti-depressant. When taken with SSRI’s that release serotonin chemically it can lead to serotonin syndrome).

• We suggest that pregnant woman and people with heart or high blood pressure medication should avoid it if they are caffeine sensitive. (if your are ok drinking coffee you are able to drink cacao).
