Why We Love These
These bites are rich in healthy fats, protein, and slow-release carbs, making them ideal for balancing blood sugar and curbing cravings. Miso may seem unusual in a sweet recipe, but its gentle umami adds depth, while collagen brings support for skin, joints, and gut. Topped with our pure Ritual Cacao, this is a no-fuss, all-flavour kind of treat.
RECIPE: Makes 12–14 bites
Gluten-Free | Refined Sugar Free
(Easily made dairy-free by swapping ghee for coconut oil)
Ingredients
60g tahini paste
40g ghee (or coconut oil for vegan option)
1 tbsp maple syrup
20g miso paste (white or sweet miso works best)
2 medjool dates, pitted
15g collagen powder (optional, for protein & gut health)
60g oat flour (or blitz rolled oats in a blender)
1 tsp vanilla extract
30g Ritual Cacao, gently melted
Flaky sea salt (e.g. Maldon), to finish
Instructions
In a small saucepan, gently melt together the tahini, ghee, maple syrup, miso, and collagen over medium heat, stirring to combine. Remove from heat once smooth.
In a blender or food processor, add the pitted dates, vanilla extract, and the warm melted mixture. Blend until smooth and sticky.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the oat flour, mixing until a dough forms.
Take small spoonfuls and roll into bite-sized balls. Place onto a tray or plate and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Gently melt your Ritual Cacao and drizzle over the chilled bites (or dip for a thicker layer).
Sprinkle each one with a pinch of flaky salt and return to the fridge to set.
Storage Tips
Keep your oat bites stored in an airtight container in the fridge. They’ll keep well for up to one week… if they last that long!
